Bajaj Boxer 150 Cafe Racer Revealed by Bajaj [Glimpse]

Hello Friends, welcome to Torque - The Automobile Show. Today in this post we will be share the first look of Bajaj Boxer 150 Cafe Racer.

Cafe Racer..when ever we come across this word, the very first bike which come in our mind is Royal Enfield Continental GT. Royal Enfield was the first bike to introduce Cafe racer style in India by launching its Continental GT. After Royal Enfield, Hero Motocorps also introduced its cafe racer model by launching Hero Splendro Pro - Cafe Racer. And now its Bajaj. Bajaj has revealed its Cafe Racer model named Bajaj Boxer 150 Cafe RaCer. Bajaj has revealed its Cafe Racer in Turkey.

Bajaj Boxer 150 Cafe Racer has 144.8 cc single cylinder air cooled motor which obtain 12 hp at 7500 rpm and 12 Nm torque at 4500 rpm. The capacity of fuel tank is 11 liters of petrol. The bike has a wheelbase measuring 1285 mm and tips the scales at 123 kgs. Bajaj Boxer 150 Cafe Racer has 17 inch alloys with tubeless tires. The bike has an underbelly exhaust which has carbon-fibre coating & has circular turn indicators on the bike which gives the retro look to bike.

The one thing where we got disappointment was, there are no front disc brake in the bike. As watching the current scenario, we can see a front disc brake even in 100cc bike..but Bajaj Boxer 150 Cafe Racer misses this features.

Bajaj has not announced, till when this bike will hit the road and what will be its price.

Our Review:

TVS has launched Jupiter which is based on Wego platform. Jupiter gets twin city lamps and LED tail lamps. Jupiter comes with the same single cylinder aluminium 110cc engine from the Wego that produces 8bhp of power and 8Nm of torque. TVS claims a fuel economy figure of 62kmpl from its latest entrant by optimising the CVT transmission for fuel efficiency.
TVS Jupiter sports comes with 12 inch black alloy wheels, external fuel filler at the rear same like the Wego, a good storage space under its seat which can cover full face helmet and a mobile charging point. TVS has also equipped the Jupiter with pass lights which is the plus point, and the company’s patented ‘Econometer’ tech that helps riders to choose between eco and power modes while riding.
TVS Jupiter comes in sparkling silver, pristine white, volcano red, midnight black and special matte colors beige and titanium grey. TVS Jupiter is a good deal and we give a green signal to Jupiter.
The Ex-show room price in Delhi is INR 44,200/-* (matte color price will differ).
